To access your training on Care Academy your manager or training department should have provided you with the following:

• Your unique username and password.
• The correct web address (e.g. http://your.care-academy.co.uk) which you should type into the address bar of your web browser.

To type in the correct web address simply highlight the address and press delete. Then type in the correct web address which you have been supplied.

If you have not been supplied with the correct web address you will not be able to access Care Academy. If this is the case, please speak with your directly to your training manager.
