This e-learning training course is aimed at all frontline staff and provides the learner with the knowledge and skills required to support end of life care.

The training course covers all the knowledge requirements of the QCF HSC L2/3 module 3048 WBA ref T/601/9495 - Supporting Individuals at the end of life and the Level 2 Award in Awareness of End of Life Care (QCF) 600/4733/1

  • How to access support for the individual or key people from the wider team.
  • What is required to support individuals through the process of dying.
  • Action to be taken following the death of an individual.
  • Issues surrounding Disclosing.
  • Methods of managing your own feelings in relation to dying or death.
