As a follow-on to your Induction programme, Care Academy can provide further workplace assessment activities.

This ensures that the knowledge in the Induction is retained and applied in their service setting.  In addition, you may choose to add further learning programmes not included in your Induction, for example:

• Safe Food Handling.
• Introduction to Learning Disabilities.
• Introduction to Mental Health.
• Introduction to Children's Services.
• Death, Dying and Bereavement.
• Effects of the Service Setting.
• Origins of Challenging Behaviour.
